Park City's Anti-Idling Ordinance (New)
I figured I'd create a new post since Park City now has an anti-idling ordinance. Information on the ordinance, including the fine amount and a list of exceptions, is available at the below page:

Keep air pressure to specs.,have aelinmgnt checked, travel at posted speed limits, use a good grade of oil, do not idle to warm up or chat as long, use cruise control when possible, don't jack rabbit starts and stops, these are just a few things we can control to conserve fuel.

Sadly, there doesn't seem to be any public otrcuy for the loss of a few truckers, but there is for sleepy drivers who have accidents that cause fatalities. My whole point is that the media/public can't have their cake and eat it too. Drivers who can't idle, can't sleep well. If you don't sleep well, you're not as safe as you should be. It's as simple ad that. Now if a driver has been up for days on end or has more drugs in his system than Robert Downey Jr., then I say string him up so we can all throw darts at him. But if he hasn't slept well because he couldn't idle his truck the night before well who'sfault is that? I certainly don't know any drivers who would rather have frozen toes orsleep in a pool of their own sweat.Sign me up to vote for your new law. The first night it goes into effect, my maniacal mad scientist-inspired laughter will be heard for miles around. Let's shoot for February or August.

I've heard so much about the truck-drivers until I'm sick. Most accidents and faittlaies are from regular motorists. What is CSA doing for them?! CSA is currently so strict, truck-drivers can barely breathe. If CSA would impose the same rules for these big-mouth motorists . I assure you . they would SHUT UP

or drive throughs, but with moerdn technology there is no reason not to. It is urban legend that it takes more fuel to start a car than let it sit idling. Check out the new Mini Coop that has that feature in their newest models where the car turns off http://nthhnzpiq.com bvrewglsoq [link=http://bnqdjffui.com]bnqdjffui[/link]
